The core values dictate the principles that BFWC will hold; forming the foundation on which we perform ministry and conduct ourselves. Although our world is filled with many values, there are some that are so important to us that although society, government, politics and technology change we still hold to a set of core values and we abide by them.  The core values underline our work, how we interact with one another and which strategies we will employ to fulfill our mission. The core values are the basic elements of how we go about getting the job done. They are the practices we use every day in everything we do.
